All liabilities arising out of the running of the Dojo are covered by this Policy.

It protects against the Club itself or its officers being sued for negligence;

• e.g. Third party slipping on inadequately maintained flooring and injuring themselves
• e.g. Club supplying food or equipment of an unacceptable quality which causes a third party injury or damage.

Instruction WITHIN THE CLUB [i.e. member to member] FOR NO FEE is provided automatically.

The Policy also includes Employers Liability which is a statutory requirement should the club employ anyone.

Limits of Indemnity Available:

Civil Liability

• £2,000,000 any one occurrence
• £5,000,000 any one occurrence
• (Except for Products in the aggregate)

Employers Liability

• £10,000,000 any one occurrence

As an Association, you can buy a BLOCK policy, which will provide protection for each insured club.

There is one renewal date, although new clubs can join the policy in the year.
