Designed for RICS members, operating as sole practioners, with incomes below £75,000, this specialist professional indemnity product meets the requirements of RICS and provides enhanced cover and limits.

The scheme provides civil liability insurance and can include surveying and valuing if required.

If a claim does arise, you will have access to a dedicated helpline available 24/7 to notify claims and obtain advice.

Please be aware that a £15.00 administration fee is applicable for all RICS Professional Indemnity policies.
