Andi is a passionate coach who embodies so many outstanding coaching characteristics; knowledgeable, trustworthy, dedicated, understanding, empathetic, persistent, and a real motivator.

He is able to get the best out of all of his gymnasts, especially when they don’t have the confidence to believe in themselves. He has high, but realistic expectations for everyone and ensures that they have fun in their pursuits.

He is a real pied piper enticing children and adults of all abilities into gymnastic activities including trampoline, dmt, freestyle, gymnastics, and cheerleading. He has vision, maintains a positive can-do attitude and will give almost anything a go! He is selfless in his desire for the club to succeed and improve year on year. He is desperate to provide ‘more’ for the club and this award would go a long way to supplementing the equipment that’s available.
