Seamus Reynolds is an inspired, unpaid head coach at Bann Rowing Club. By personal example he has motivated an entire club, athletes, girls, boys and veterans, parents, administrators and voluntary junior coaches alike to create a team which has now produced rowing Olympians for London 2012, plus National and European Champions.

When big Seamus does press-ups, he stays still and the Island of Ireland goes up and down!
