Legal Expenses
Legal costs will be paid up to £100,000 per claim including Solicitors and barristers fees, court costs, expenses for expert witnesses and accountant's fees.

The Policy includes:

• Employment Disputes and Compensation Awards
  e.g., defending your legal rights prior to the issue of proceedings in a tribunal following dismissal of an employee.
  
  
• Legal Defence
  e.g., defending non motor criminal prosecutions arising from your business activities.
  
  
• Property Protection and Bodily Injury
  e.g., negotiating your legal rights in any civil action - for example nuisance or trespass.
  
  
• Tax Protection
  e.g., representing you in any appeal proceedings in respect of an in-depth investigation into your business accounts, or a VAT assessment.
  
  

The Policy also provides a helpline service which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

This provides confidential legal advice over the phone on any commercial legal problem affecting your business.
