Each instructor could be personally sued for negligence as a result of a class participant suffering an accident, after following his/her coaching advice.

As an Association, you can buy a BLOCK policy which will provide protection for each insured instructor, whilst they are participating in activities recognised by your Association.

Limits of Indemnity per instructor are £2,000,000 or £5,000,000 any one occurrence.

There is one renewal date, although new instructors can join the Policy in the year at a pro-rata'd charge.
