CIH Member Insurance Scheme

We are able to offer access to a scheme for Professional Indemnity Insurance, which is underwritten by Hiscox and as a result we have been able to negotiate preferential rates, which are unique to Perkins Slade Ltd.

We recommend quotations are obtained with this insurer for the following reasons:

The premium offered is lower than the rest of market are generally offering
Cover is comparable to other markets
Cover is more appropriate for your business because it is written to meet demands and needs of members of the Chartered Institute of Housing earning up to £100,000 per annum

The policy wording is extremely wide and the limit of indemnity is provided on an 'any one claim' basis. Each Professional Indemnity policy also comes with Public Liability cover of £1,000,000, offering a saving of at around £150.

The premium structure has been specifically geared for members earning less than £100,000 reflecting the comparatively low risk and full details of premiums are noted on the proposal form.
